I am now a YMCA member and had stopped going for a while. Just last week I joined their personal trainer program to get a solid path to my goals. I have some challenges though. Make sure the goals you choose to follow are ones that truly resonate with you, and aren't just what a trainer says you should pursue. At the end of the day YOU are the one walking the journey, so it needs to be a journey you actually believe in if you're going to stick with it! Quote Link to comment
