Whats my body fat percentage.

Hi guys, trying to figure out what my body fat percentage is, I WAS a fatty at 261 lbs, I'm now 207 and still have a bit of a belly, everywhere else is pretty trim now ;) I have just started stronglifts 5x5 weightlifting so I'm now going to put some weight on in muscle, so, monitoring the scales wont work anymore, whats the best way to calculate my body fat percentage. Also what tools am I best to use to work it out, measuring tape? I've heard of calipers too, but is there anything else?

Ultimately, it's hard to figure out your absolute % without some tech you won't find at home.  However, you can reliably track the changes in your BF % cheaply and easily.  The changes are probably what you'll be most concerned with anyway.  If you'd like to know the exact %, simply get one of those high-tech scans done once and then modify your more practical methods by adding or subtracting the difference so you have equations that will continue to work for you.
