To post a pic, you either need to load it onto a file sharing site like Flickr or photobucket, then use the "insert image" and paste in the URL, or if you click the "more reply options" at the bottom right of the reply box you can upload it as an attachment. You only get a small amount of space allocated for attachments so you may need to reduce the file size. Note: once you've used up your attachment allowance, that's it. If you run out of room, you can free up some space if you delete old files by going to "manage attachments" on your profile page.
