I started Thursday on the workouts and eating a bit better. Also read into fasting and it seems a lot easier than I thought. I have already dropped 5 pounds and the week isn't even over yet! :0 I'm hoping to meet people here to keep motivated :P any tips for a newcomer who is open to challenges?

Hey! Good on ya for making the change. What kind of workouts are you doing? You'll find plenty of motivation around here, just check out the Woot Room if you want to feel inspired. :)
