Natalie
I've heard how many people who weight train will do cardio on their off days. I like to start with 25 minutes of cardio and then weight train. Should I split my days? Is there a serious benefit in doing so? Brometheus
I would do 5 minutes walking as a warmup, then weight train, and then do 30-60 minutes of walking afterwards. You really really don't want to run. Realistically, I would do 3-5 days of walking, and 3 days of strength training. Walking is good for you, so there's no real worry that it's going to kill you in doing it or something http://everydaypaleo.com/2011/09/02/friends-dont-let-friends-do-cardio/http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_article/most_recent/get_ripped_get_walking Quote Link to comment
67alecto
As you increase the intensity of the weights, you'll find more success doing the cardio afterwards. Quote Repairing a lifetime of bad habits... Link to comment
