My file: 22 years old, 62kg, 1,78 m. Actual Stage : 3 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, 800 m, run only. Yes, it seems that my biggest problem is race, but only by my lack of patience and a weak knee, my agreeable race pace is still too much for my cardio and legs to endure. What I crave,Wake up early and do the routine the 20 minutes hotel, 3 times a week. nerdfitness.com/blog/2010/12/20/the-20-minute-hotel-workout/And increase my number of repeitções on the pull-up. I dont like gyms, and just use body weight, so i think i will fit in the assasins, i see my self in the future with parkout/gymnastics capabilitys, but this is for the future...I intend to have the body, like the Bruce lee, be strong and have a good shape.
