Hey guys. I just signed up. Ive been on a mission to get ripped for going on two years now. Currently I do karate twice a week, tae kwon do twice a week, boxing twice a week, strength training 4-5 x a week and spin classes twice a week ( high intensity interval training on a bike for about 45 minutes ) Im still easily over 25 % body fat. Its really getting to me because my ultimate (unrealistic) dream is to become a top fighter in MMA . Diets ive just tried 5 days no carbs and 2 day refeeds but I always end up binging on crap.I was just wondering if theres any advice people can give me to stay on track with a good diet and more importantly, how to figure out my bodyfat accurately without getting a dexa scan.So far im 6'2 and 115 kilos.Id be so thankful for any help you can offer me!

This thread from Waldo helped me learn alot about calculating bodyfat percentage. It links this article (also Waldo's).

I use all 5 formulas he presents and average them. I am 6'4" 230 lbs (104kg) and this method shows me at 22.4% bodyfat. Highest is 24.5% (Penrose Nelson) and lowest is 20.3 (YMCA). This agrees very well with a handheld bioelectric device I also use. Best of luck hitting your goals.
