Hi all!

I hereby welcome myself into this community of Challengers.

I've just scratched the surfice of NF but damn, some of you did some serious changes. Congrats!

I'm going 48 soon and am soo tired of my lifestyle. Used to be pretty fit but since I became a father 14 years ago I let that time with small kids (tired, tv etc etc) deside who I am....... tired, tv etc etc.....

So finding NF a couple of days ago got me thinking about challenging myself and challenging life.

Great to be here and I look forward to making my plans this week to come.

Welcome to the rebellion :)

 

Can you give us any ideas of what sort of goals you have, what you want to do to challenge yourself?

 

Other than that, good luck in your journey, this is a great place to get it going.

Hi Franz!  I am a mother of 2 young children (1 and 4), and I understand how the time with them can make us sedentary if we let it.  It's just easier. 

 

Now that I'm trying to get fit, I am trying to make a conscious effort to be active WITH my children, and it's going pretty well.  Of course, they are so young that it is hard at times.  I look forward to hearing your plans.
