First pushup!

Which also means I do bench presses with the bar without thinking i'll murder myself. :D I just remember when i first tried to bench with just the bar. I could barely push it back up to rest it on the rack on the first rep. So i stopped and did dumbbell presses and chest flyes with lighter dumbbells. I was actually worried about my upper body strength. But I managed 3 sets of 8 with just the bar today :D baby steps, amiright.

Today, I want to be better than I was yesterday... so that I'm ready for tomorrow.
