Apprentice Druid Reporting!

Hi All,

 

New here, definitely a bit overwhelmed right now. I used to a distance runner type during high school, but then sat on my butt during college and the years since. I'm starting to get into yoga, which is fun, but frustrating because I have no upper body strength and can't balance for anything.

 

Anyway, just wanted to say hi!

Hi Clariel, Welcome!

 

Yoga can be pretty great, and just practice and the strength and balance will come. Let us know if you need any help with your diet, yoga or any other type of training. 

I can recommend doing some bodyweight training as well, it will be a good complement to your yoga (and improve it)
