xanthe88 Posted May 9, 2014 Report Share Posted May 9, 2014 So, I haven't officially signed up for a challenge, but starting April 9th I decided to do the following for a month: *Not eat grains*do yoga 2x a week*not have any alcohol 2 days a week My only fails in the last month were that I ate 1 and 1/2 pieces of crostini and some cheese puffs at DnD (*curses*). Otherwise I did it! I feel it's a win. I've lost almost 10 lbs. personal quest: My dentist got onto me about flossing. I promised my boyfriend I'd pay him $50 every day I didn't floss. No money for him yet! I haven't decided what to add this month but looking forward to my next personal 'level up'. Cheers! and thanks for all of your inadvertant support for this lurker! Flossing is a great habit, keep not paying your boyfriend. Keep it up and I'll see you in the next challenge!
