Juice Plus+ Anyone?

Hey all! 

 

Its not often I post (if very rarely as i'm more of a lurker!)

 

I was introduced to something called Juice Plus+ by a friend, and I was just wondering if anyone else out there knows of this and/or has been using it?
 

So far from the few weeks I've been using it, I've found my recovery time its a little quicker if I've pushed myself really hard at the gym (Bear in mind I only really do Cardio at the minute!) and that my energy levels are much higher!

I think I may be trying something called Transform30, maybe... its all about clean eating and healthy weight loss! But we shall see!

Right, speaking of gyms.. its gym time so i'm off!

I've heard of it, and while I'm a competitor with them, from what I've found they do have a pretty good product.  Obviously I fully believe mine is better, but that's neither here nor there.  Glad you're getting into the gym and making progress!!

My mom sells it, so I can tell you a bit about it.

 

First: The good

-Helps you get nutrients needed from vegetables

-The smoothie recipes are AWESOME!

-lets you eat something sweet without eating crap

-all the ingredients are real food just dehydrated

 

Now: The bad

-Has a longer list of ingredients than cheez-wiz

-expensive/gimmicky

-has a relatively high sugar content

 

My personal experience is that, after I started taking juice+ I started enjoying vegetables more and now I can't imagine NOT having vegetables!
