fnkyscotty Posted May 16, 2014 Report Share Posted May 16, 2014 Well it all started in March when my diabetes medicine stopped working and I ended up in the hospital with a blood sugar level of 560. After being told to that I would need to start using insulin, I determined, enough was enough. I joined a gym that weekend and starting my journey. After much researching----which led me to NF---I'm glad to announce I've lost a total of 16lbs and no insulin shots for over a month now.
