Welcome Nick, what are some of your challenges?  is it kicking the sweets or finding motivation to work out etc? what has worked in the past to help you lose the weight and how can we keep you inspired?

I've done a low carb paleo esque diet before and it works for me, when I stick to it. I also feel great when doing it so it's not just for weight loss purposes. So my challenges will be to stick to paleo as much as I can and that involves pre planning, which isn't always my strong suit.

I have to resist temptations that my biggest pitfall. Finding the time and energy to make it to the gym is also important. I really enjoy lifting, I used to lift heavy in college and want to get to get back to that. Thanks for your reply!
