Ok guys quick question

And I mean quick! In a couple of hours I'll have to either work out or take a rest day and I need your help. So basically I'm doing a 50 pull-ups program and I'm in the beginning and feel fine but the program says take a rest day. Thnx for replies guys.

Rest.  Always take programmed rest - it gives your body time to recover and get ready for the next push in the program.
