Ok guys quick question

And I mean quick! In a couple of hours I'll have to either work out or take a rest day and I need your help. So basically I'm doing a 50 pull-ups program and I'm in the beginning and feel fine but the program says take a rest day. Thnx for replies guys.

Answered your own question... if it says take a rest, then take a rest... :-)

Think if it this way: What's the point of following a program if you're just going to do what you want in the first place?
