Is it introduction time? Is that a thing we can do? Yeah? Yeah. Here goes.

I just turned 18 on August the 10th. I'd been fairly unhappy with my health level for a long time. It had never really bothered me until I tore the tendons in my ankle around the middle of last year. I spent 5 weeks off my feet and in that time I gained 30 pounds. I now weighed 250 pounds, and I was not having that. I worked, and I sweated, and I counted calories like a mad man. I'm not 185lbs and looking somewhat toned. But I want to up the ante. I'm talking Assassin's Creed fitness. Parkour fitness. I want to do it all. I want to get rid of the rest of this body fat, be able to see the muscles I've built up underneath and become stronger and faster. And I'm hoping that all of you can help me with this!

PS. I love all kinds of video games, but I prefer shooting games, action games, platforming games, and some sci fi-type stuff like Ratchet and Clank.
