eeveelution Posted May 27, 2014 Report Share Posted May 27, 2014 Hi guys! I've read the NF blog off and on for a while now as I've dabbled with paleo. I've been restricted in my exercising for about a year and a half because of endometriosis pain. But a little surgery in February and a Whole30 in March set me on a pain-free path, which is nice. But I've hit a plateau lately and I'm looking for something to get me back on track. I did a Crossfit bootcamp, which was really good, but the regular classes were not the same. Long story short, my P90X just came in the mail and that's the plan for the next three months. Quote Link to comment
