Jxx706 Posted May 29, 2014 Report Share Posted May 29, 2014 Hello there, my fellow rebels!Well, first of all, my name is Jesús and I'm from Venezuela, but currently living in Colombia (specifically Bogotá). Don't be too hard on me about my poor english skills; as you may infer, it is not my primary language (but I'm sure I ain't a lost cause with english either). Keeping things short: I have been battling against my weight since I have memory. I've been a yo-yo for such a long time. Nevertheless, this year I decided to live a healthier and happier life. My starting weight was 112 Kgs (246.4 lbs); I started on February of this year and so far I've lost 13 Kgs (28.6 lbs. I'm at 99 Kgs). My goal is to reduce my body fat percent to 20 before my birthday (September 9th; I'm currently at 30.2 %). I'm eating nearly 85% Paleo (IT IS GREAT!) and excercising 7 days a week, following the P90X3 program (don't know how popular it is around here, but I really like it, even when I get my ass kicked on a daily basis).
