Hi everyone.  I am new around here but I first encountered and got advice from nerdfitness almost a year ago.  I decided it's better to join a community instead of going it alone.  My initial goal is to slim down and obtain better body composition.  I am starting out with the Ranger guild since I am not exactly new to fitness and it sounds like a great place to start.  I've got a lot to learn and lot of bad habits to undo but I refuse to quit.

The next challenge starts June 9th.  You'd start as a Level 1 Rebel (http://rebellion.nerdfitness.com/index.php?/forum/362-level-1-rebels/) .... which is where you LEARN about all of the stats, guilds, rpg character, and so on as well as working at setting SMART goals. 

 

Even MOAR accountability?  We have accountability groups of 7 or so people who check up on each other frequently during a challenge.  Plus lots of other, optional fun.
