Hello! I just joined the Women's Academy this week as an Apprentice, although I've been using the body weight resistance workout posted on the main site since mid-May, along with walking in my neighborhood and using the uber-fancy elliptical in the basement we bought 5 years ago ... and then left down there untouched to age like a fine wine.
