Strength Assessment!

Hurt my lower back why squatting back in January and have slowly been building myself back up to my personal record (315 lbs. five times without belt). Today I've done 295 lbs. five times with the belt and I'm extremely happy with where I'm going again.

Note to self: Do not drink pre workout so close to bed time...
