devilbones Posted September 9, 2011 Report Share Posted September 9, 2011 Hi hows it going? I somehow found Staci's transformation page and it motivated me to post up on here. I have been doing Starting Strength for about three weeks while I am deployed to Afghanistan. I am a big fan of Robb Wolf and Loren Cordain. I have read The Paleo Solution as well as The Paleo diet for Athletes. Because I eat at the chow hall, I dont have the option to eat strictly paleo but I am trying really hard. I am 32, 6' 204 with about 24%Bf. I want to get stronger and fit into my clothes a bit better. I am really looking forward to posting my progress here and learning from everyone. Thanks.
