I'm a 24 year old male and I'm just beginning my adventure towards a healthier self. As far as the borders of my nerd kingdom-well for one I'm prone to using phrases like that. I'm not much of a gamer, but TV and movies are my forte. I'd like to say I'm a book nerd as well, but I don't think it really counts when Harry Potter and ASOIAF are about 90% of my reading over the past year.
