I just discovered this great blog two days ago and can't stop reading it! Its really amazing content from Steve. Im in Internet Marketing and also love fitness. Currently Im doing a 90 day challenge with Insanity (60 days) and Insanity Asylum (30 days), two home fitness programs from Beachbody. Anyone have experience with these workouts? Im in day 7 and already seeing good results with a good diet. BTW I will try Paleo diet starting tomorrow Any members speaking spanish or from Latin America ? Good luck everyone with their goals!
