I got four minutes today by telling myself I wasn't allowed to stop until I got 4 minutes or actually physically collapsed, but then I got suspicious that I was doing so well, and checked that video from the original post. I thought it still counted as long as I didn't hit the floor, but I was totally wrong. I'm sure my form was all over the place, and it would have been bad in my 2:21 as well. Quote Link to comment

Even without perfect form, 4 minutes is brilliant. You'll be back there again before you know it I'll give it a go in a couple of days. After that I'll be out for another few days; I do karate during the week, so in addition to all the other stuff I'm doing I don't really want to add planks on top of that. Aim to hit 5 mins on land. So, to give us all a kickstart, and get a feel for how much we've each improved (or otherwise), let's all do our best plank today and post the results.
