Cardinal_22 Posted June 13, 2014 Report Share Posted June 13, 2014 I don't often do the decline bench press, but I was feeling good last night and gave it a shot.Card = 165 lbsDecline Bench = 245 lbs I'm pretty happy about that, mostly because I've never had any kind of chest lift break 225. Usually my regular (flat) bench lags my decline by 20 lbs and about 1 year. After this year's Salubrious Spring Strength Skirmish, it looks like the number is pretty accurate.
