So I'm in college at the moment and have an awesome semester abroad coming up in the spring (New Zealand!!!) and I want to lose some weight and get in shape for it. I've been on livestrong.com for a while, but I haven't been able to make any progress until recently. So I'm about 6 months behind Anyways, I've got 5 months to shape up so I can be more capable of experiencing everything! I'm not too far gone at the moment, just about 40lbs over my goal weight. But I still want to get somewhere better. I'm pretty excited to be part of this community, and turn my life around. I hope that's sufficient for an intro, but feel free to ask me any questions. svalenti Posted September 12, 2011 Author Report Share Posted September 12, 2011 So far I've been doing an aerobics dance class twice a week (for college credit, woo) and then I go to the gym 2-3 times and do some cardio and free weight stuff. I've never been very athletic so I've just been trying to be more active in general and such. Any suggestions? Quote Link to comment
