Hi my name is Joe and I work in a software factory

And I pretty much DO push buttons all day long, and mostly my wife's :)

So I've definitely got the Nerd part of NerdFitness down so I figure I need to set some fitness goals that will push me to achieve more in that category. Normally I might do some straight cardio workouts but since it's cold and the offseason for ultimate frisbee I want to strength train as much as I can. I've been spotty lately with gym time (only once or twice a week) so it's time to pump it back up. Gonna set some goals here for the next few months and the year overall.. not going for max-outs (I'm injury prone doing that) but more reasonable workout loads. We'll see what happens... later fellow nerds!

Weight: Currently ~200

3 months: 207

12 months: 215

Squat: Currently ~250 x5 workout

3 months: 320?

12 months: 400?

Deadlift: Currently ~225 x5 workout

3 months: 290?

12 months: 350?

Pullups: Currently ? in a row (sans additional weight)

3 months: 20 in a row

12 months: 30 in a row

Bench/Dumbell Press Currently 205/65's

3 months: 235/80s

12 months 260/90s
