Ello, 

I'm from England, I'm a decorator/wannabe artist. I have been trying to get in shape for a few months 

now been going okay seen a few improvements just trying to fine tune things and crank up the gears now. 

 

I'm still struggling with cutting out the caffeine e.g. coffee/energy drinks and I'm really struggling with 

quitting cigs aswel.

 

On a brighter side I was weighing in at 210lbs and I'm now down to 173lbs. My super fancy scales are 

telling me my bf % is at 21%. 

 

Thinking of trying to drop down to 12-15% in future but currently trying to build some strength and general

fitness so started the "angry birds" workout last week!
