irbis Posted June 22, 2014 Report Share Posted June 22, 2014 Well, I've just login for first time, and I have to read lots of stuff to know what is all about. I am 1'75, 40yo, 101Kg. I have been doing Dukan during 1y, and went from 110 to 80Kg but still overweight; and after this i begin with Riptoe's starting strength, and went to 98Kg; as overweight as with 80Kg, but with more muscle. I have went to 101Kg due some forced stops -anke sprained with a 2m stop-. I am interested on losing a monster gut -I am fine with most of my body, but I have a really monster gut, of 120cm diameter-. But as a long term goal, I would like to be able to do pull ups, climb ropes, and that kind of things. Quote Link to comment
