bangee Posted September 14, 2011 Report Share Posted September 14, 2011 Sup all first time post new to the cause. lil about me. let my self go a lil bit after getting married the saying is true (marriage =weight). Before marriage i was consistently around 135-145 but after getting married don't know where the belly came from but its there now (baby weight i guess ) So i want to get in shape and get back down to at least 150 but with a more defined body type. want to increase muscle but i don't want to bulk up (im a shorty ) just want those abs and clearly define muscles without having to hold my breathe. To start this i started running (fall off a Lil bit been rainy alot (Bahamas hurricane season) have to by some weights this week and start lifting right now im at 180 ideal weight 150-155 (mostly muscle) want to get back active but need some help and support (wife pregnant she only could watch me thus the baby fat i have ) started the paleo this month so recipes are welcomed and all the advise as possible until later Peace Quote Link to comment

If you haven't done so already, I recommend DEVOURING the older blog entries - there is a wealth of information here.
