Back to 100kg!

While I realise it's not a very big number for a lot of people and a weight that's easy to lift for 'em, for me it's a big mile stone. I'm back to being able to bench press 100kg (220 Ibs) for three reps, by three sets, granted the last set feels like I'm going to pass out. 

 

Next week, either Wednesday or Friday will be the day I test out my new one rep maximum for bench. I'm hoping to achieve 110kg (242Ibs), but I suspect I will probably only be able to push somewhere between 102-107kg (224-235Ibs). Here's hoping for a big 110!
