One of the dogs is mean and evil. The other dog is good. The mean dog fights the good dog, all of the time." When asked which dog wins, he reflected for a moment and replied "The one I feed the most." KAllen Posted June 30, 2014 Report Share Posted June 30, 2014 It usually only happens at my area's Celtic Fest and at a Tartan Fest about 45 miles away. Then it's only for the few athelets that show up. So it's really more of a Highland Games expo than true games. They will let people do some of the events for "fun" but no competitions.
