Hey all,

 

So i guess a quick summary of me:

  • Daniel, Male, 23 from Canberra, Australia
  • Married with a House and Dog (coolest border collie ever)
  • Guardian and Carer of my younger brother who has Downs
  • Recently started on my own Food Blog, long way till ready though but i'll get there

I have been reading Steve's emails for quite some time as I love gaming and his cool attitude towards fitness and health that i can totally relate to.

 

I currently train on my own with no direct goal in mind other than to improve both strength and conditioning so i'm looking to be apart of a group that can help me establish my goals and keep me on track :) and hopefully make new friends too!

 

So far it seems like the rangers is my kind of guild :) but i think i will be starting with the Level 1 Rebels challenge on the 28th and go from there :)

 

Where I am currently at in terms of fitness and health:

  • Eating roughly 90% Primal
  • Train M-F, following roughly One Man One Barbell
    • Mon - Front Squats (85kg max)
    • Wed - Press (55kg max)
    • Fri - Deadlifts (132.5kg max - new PR last week!)
    • M - F - roughly 10 - 25 mins conditioning
  • Also in there I am doing 5x sets each day of either pushups or pullups
