I actually look forward to checking my e-mail daily (a thing my children have assumed was a hopeless cause) for Steve's words of wisdom and encouragement. My one little dietary change that I can live with has been to give up milk and sugar in my morning coffee. I'm already a fairly healthy eater so my major obstacle is exercise. I really did walk when Steve asked me to and yesterday I did my first ever beginners' weight training. My butt muscles are still a little mad at me, but overall, I feel really good today. Currently, I am 147 lbs. at 5'3. My goal is to be 135 by my 59th birthday in October and have less jiggle in my arms and thighs. I will definitely be signing up for the next 6 week challenge when it begins. Hopefully I will have some totally ingrained good habits by the Quote Link to comment
