Verysleepycat Posted July 16, 2014 Report Share Posted July 16, 2014 I'm 2 weeks away from my 6 week challenge being over! my goal right now is to lose 30 lbs. so, I was thinking about changing up my routine. right now every other day I'm doing the regular body weight routine. if I were to change it, it would be every other day-100 jumping jacks-15 jump squats-15 body weight squats-50 ski steps-10 push-ups take 5 min break, repeat 2x other days-100 jumping jacks-30 second plank-10 push-ups -10 body weight squats-20 walking lunges-30 dumbell rows (each side) 5 min break, repeat 2xwhat do you guys think? criticism is much appreciated!
