I'm 2 weeks away from my 6 week challenge being over! my goal right now is to lose 30 lbs. so, I was thinking about changing up my routine. right now every other day I'm doing the regular body weight routine. if I were to change it, it would be

every other day

-100 jumping jacks

-15 jump squats

-15 body weight squats

-50 ski steps

-10 push-ups

take 5 min break, repeat 2x

other days

-100 jumping jacks

-30 second plank

-10 push-ups

-10 body weight squats

-20 walking lunges

-30 dumbell rows (each side)

5 min break, repeat 2x

what do you guys think? criticism is much appreciated!
