Hello nerdy fitness people,

 

I also like nerdy things. And fitness. Clearly this was meant to be. I enjoy many fantasy and scifi books and TV shows, and I am about halfway through Fitness Blender's 8-week fat loss program (round 1). I have no idea how this place works, but it looks like fun, so hurray!

 

Is there a "Nerd Fitness for Dummies" guide? What should I do first?

Totally depends on what you want to do, I guess. 

 

My advice would to dive right in and start a Level 1 Rebel challenge.  Force yourself to think of a small way in which you want to be better and try and make it happen in 6 weeks.  Ask questions from all the great people on this board for advice on how to make it happen.  Then, from there, just keeping working on new goals as you achieve the ones you start with.
