Defeat is a state of mind!

Hey dudes and dudettes!

Well, what can I say, this month has been one giant roller coaster ride, and its still going strong!

I'm on my 4th week of full time employment, industrial cleaning, which is pretty physically demanding, and am planning on mass self improvement in the educational sense, starting a college course to drastically expand my horizons!

I'm now a UK size 10, despite some less disciplined moments, (ice cream!) and walk 5.2 miles a day, and work out once a week.

Things I need to work on: discipline.

1. Add another work out.

2. Sprint once a week.

3. Get eating in order, no slacking!

4. Mentally prepare for some tough months ahead.
