Right now I'm skinny and want to change that. I do barefoot walking outside once/day and even own minimalist mukluk boots. I hope to experience a positive and productive time in the community. Scratch Card Posted July 23, 2014 Author Report Share Posted July 23, 2014 @Sachiko*Kawaii - Yeah it took me about 1 year of very slow walking barefoot on the sidewalk; I mean snail slow, I mean paint dries faster then I walk slow, and then after the 6 month mark my feet had become strong enough to run. If you are interested, I recommend reading "Born to Run" and trying to walk in your house without making any noises. @Schmonk - Not really; I do know through experimentation that eating grains and dairy causes face acne and scalp acne so I'll have to build muscle without them.
