I've already reached my weight loss goal (full story posted here: http://shaunastacy.com/2010/04/my-weight-loss-story/). Highlights include: Identifying a host of food intolerancesEliminating a lot of chronic illnessWatching a lot of men scoff at me in the weight room only to change their mind and start getting out of my way...I've sustained the weight loss for over 2 years after struggling with my weight all my life. Now I'm just looking to stick to my diet (paleolithic if we can pretend cavemen ate sushi and almond butter...), get crazy fit and strong (is there a feminized word for ripped?) and do as much of it outside as possible so that nobody can guess much time I spend inside building my website...Yeah that's me. If anybody in Phoenix is looking to hike, play tennis or just sit in public doing voiceovers like we are watching National Geographic... let me know! Quote Link to comment
