Pat G Posted September 21, 2011 Report Share Posted September 21, 2011 This is definitely stating the obvious, but, i've literally just discovered the importance of a warmup. I've (nearly) always done them before any serious training. But just this week I noticed a MASSIVE difference in my pushups max in one set. With a warmup= 38 pushups. Without a warmup or previous exercise only 27. Don't forget to do them people! --- In saying that, any favorite routines? Are there any specific warmups for cardio vs weight training?
