JosephC
I currently have an issue in that I am on campus every Wednesday(right now) from 8am to 9:30pm. My schedule is 8-3:30 work and then 4 to 9:30 classes. I am worried about being able to consistently eat right each humpday in the afternoons, mornings I am ok because my job has a fridge so I can keep breakfast and lunch in it, however after I get out of work I have no way to carry food for dinner. Today I feel like I did alright (please be the judge) B-fast (8am): Banana & 1 cup plain yogurt (weening off the dairy) Lunch (12pm): steamed veggies; carrots, peas, broccoli. Early Dinner (5pm): Cobb salad from school store (Grilled chicken, 1 hardboiled egg, tablespoon blue cheese crumbles, tablespoon bacon bits, grape tomatoes, avocado, romaine and iceberg) I just want to know what you all do when you are away from the home for a long time and cant really carry food that spoils (I dont have a backpack or lunchbox) I dont want to have to buy food from school for the high prices they are set at and would like an alternative.
