Good thinking! I could do with some more reading material for when I'm supposed to be working...

http://laurensfitness.com/ - a very clued up australian girl blogs about fitness, biomechanics, diet and fitness products

http://www.crossfit.com/

http://www.wodshop.org/index.html - good source of inspiration when you can't figure out what to do for your workout

http://gymnasticswod.com/ - lots of quality movement instruction

http://www.beastskills.com/ - Ditto

http://www.bodyrock.tv/ - Hilariously european woman who is in the best shape imaginable providing very good short workouts and diet advice

http://www.crankyfitness.com/ - a good reality check kinda blog. I don't always agree but what would be the fun in that?

http://williamwayland.blogspot.com/ - a new one for me, he uses plenty of references to back up his blogs on strength etc

I LOVE Chaos and Pain. I just can't recommend it to anyone in good conscience. (read: NSFW without image blocker). T-nation is good too, just not something I check all the time.
