I was just searching for healthy food recipes and I ended up Recipe Book. It's honestly pretty intimidating checking out everyone's "quests", self-imposed challenges and trainings. I have done nothing of that sort. The extent of my healthy eating is eating fruits and vegetables, and not eating lots of oily foods and junk food (when the temptation isn't that strong!), and that's pretty much it! LOL It's nice to see people actually going through their health and fitness routines, and know what they are going through. I'm off to explore the rest of the forum now. Wishing everyone a great day!
