TXBelle1174
This may seem like a dumb question but I am trying to log all exercise that I do on My Fitness Pal while I am doing my first challenge. I was wondering if anyone knew an average number of calories burned by doing one set of the BBWW? I know it is different for everyone based on weight, heart rate, etc. but I was wondering if anyone ever narrowed it down to a ball park range? Or maybe if someone had any idea how I could log it or try to figure out calories burned? Any ideas are welcome! Thanks Quote Link to comment
wildross
I'd just file it under calisthentics by minute. 1 Quote Warriors don't count reps and sets. They count tons. RedPandaPaw
I've been using Bodyweight Training, but I think it has the same calories/minute as calisthentics. Quote Link to comment
PremiumDU
Hmm... I seem not to be able to find it in the myfitnesspal database. Anyone else with that issue? Quote Link to comment
