Even when I was above average in school in lots of fitness tests I always scored on the low end in flexibility. Well, after copious amount of stretching exercises in my kung-fu classes I can now regularly touch my toes without bending my knees. I'm elated. Might not be the most exciting or outrageous of woots, but I'm excited. I remember when, about 8 months into serious weightlifting, I was trying to show someone how I couldn't touch my toes, then I bent over and *boom* I touched them! I understand how you're feeling!
