I can touch my toes

For all my life I have been flexible as a piece of ... something really unflexible (balsa wood?).  Even when I was above average in school in lots of fitness tests I always scored on the low end in flexibility.  Well, after copious amount of stretching exercises in my kung-fu classes I can now regularly touch my toes without bending my knees.  I'm elated.  Might not be the most exciting or outrageous of woots, but I'm excited.  First my toes, next the floor, then the world MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

CONGRATS!

 

Seriously! I remember when, about 8 months into serious weightlifting, I was trying to show someone how I couldn't touch my toes, then I bent over and *boom* I touched them! I understand how you're feeling! THAT'S AWESOME!
