Greetings everyone,

 

I introduced myself in the Academy forums, so I figured I should introduce myself on here as well! I'm about two days into the academy and I'm very glad I finally took the plunge!  I've been following the blog for a while now, but I've always had trouble staying on track.  I would exercise almost everyday for months and then follow that up with weeks of laziness.  I'm tired of losing progress, and I think that the academy will help me make some much needed lifestyle changes.

 

As far as fitness goals, I'm fine with my current weight (even though Wii Fit always seemed to disagree), but I'm definitely hoping to gain some tone.  One specific thing I'd like to accomplish is the hand stand!  I'm not sure if it's a confidence thing or what, but I can't bring myself to do it.  I even struggle with wall hand stands.  So any advice on working toward that would be greatly appreciated!

 

Also,  I'm about to move to Cleveland, so if anyone is in the area and wants to hit up the metro parks for some hiking, let me know!
