I am a 46 year old who was moderately fit, but I kept doing the gain 5 pounds a year thing once I hit my forties. Joined sparkpeople and lost some weight, but still felt out of shape. I stumbled on this site and loved it. I've been lurking on the boards and love how supportive you guys are of one another. I've been doing angry birds and can now do real push ups!!! I bought myself a pull up bar and can do pull up (with a step) And last week I bought a jump rope and am teaching myself to jump rope. Kind of amusing, that is. I would like to continue with the bodywieght workouts and adjusting myself to a paleo diet. Yesterday I made roast chicken and gleefully ate the skin. Didn't even miss the bread.
