nadmikha
Hi ya'll! I'm nadmikha but I go by nad as well. I'm 23 and just started my new job as a pharmacy technician as couple of weeks ago. I came here to find out how to stabilize my moods. You see, I'm bipolar. Currently I am in a depressed mood. I read up that exercise can make you more stable so I want to find something that can bring me more to the borderline when I am manic or depressive. I use to do taekwondo and was one rank below black belt. I had to quit two-three years ago because it was interfering with my school work in college and I couldn't afford it anymore. Besides feeling better, my goal is to have greater endurance. I am about 120 something and I am 5' 0''. Since I have been out of college, for 1 year to date, I haven't been exercising at all. So my endurance has changed a lot. I do a lot of stretching and kneeling in my work to reach the selves for the drugs and I am on my feet for the whole shift. I just don't want to be sore as the hare was when the tortoise won. Not my best southernism ever lol I'm not much into gyms, I am not good with large crowds of strangers. I'm friendly, just not social, if that makes any sense. I'm not sure if I am in the right place and I am never good at this forum stuff but I'll give it a shot Oh dear, I rambled on. I hope ya'll have a good one! Quote It's not over till it's over Never give up, never forget Link to comment
